Meet the menstrual cup for people with a high-sitting cervix height. Unsure of your cervix height? Use our measurement guide below!
The Hello High Cervix Cup has an elongated body and toggle to make it easier to reach for people with a high-sitting cervix. If you’ve ever had to ‘fish’ around to find your cup it might be a sign that you have a high cervix. This is because people with a high cervix have a longer vaginal canal.

〰️ Size Guide 〰️
We don’t recommend buying your cup based on your flow alone. Instead, our sizing is based on fitness and age.
• SMALL (S) - is our smallest, softest cup. It’s the perfect choice for teenagers, petite users or those who prefer a ‘mini’ tampon.
• MEDIUM (M) - is our ‘one size fits most’ menstrual cup. We recommend it for users under 35 – regardless of whether they have had children or not.
• L (L FOR ‘LOVELY’) - is best for those over 35 who feel their pelvic floor is not what it used to be.
We find that physically fit people are often best suited to the M regardless of age. If you’re uncertain, Hello Double Boxes are a great option to help you find which size works best for you. Many people find they can wear two sizes.
〰️ Caring for your Hello Cup 〰️
Hello Cups are easy to look after and care for. When you first remove your cup from the box, follow the instructions on how to sterilise it.
After removal, wash your Hello Cup with a mild soap, rinse and reinsert. If you are not at home and need to empty your cup in a bathroom with no tap, it's fine to wipe your cup out with toilet paper and reinsert until you are home. At the end of your cycle, sterilise it before you put it away so it's ready to go for your next period.
Between uses we recommend storing your cup in one of our organic cotton storage bags and / or somewhere out of direct sunlight.
〰️ Cervix Heights 〰️
55mm or higher - High Cervix
45mm - 55mm - Average Cervix
44mm or lower - Low Cervix
We have a Hello Cup in every cervix height! Make sure to choose the right one for you. 😎
〰️ How to Measure Your Cervix 〰️
Measuring your cervix is easy. Because your cervix can move during your cycle, for the most accurate results, we recommend following the below steps on day 1 - 3 of your period.
Step 1: Wash your hands
Step 2: Insert a finger into your vagina and feel for your cervix (sometimes a gentle sweeping action will help find it). Your cervix will feel a bit like the tip of your nose - kinda soft and springy.
Step 3: Take note of how far your finger is in and then remove it. Measure the length against a ruler.
Step 4: Check your measurement with our guide below to determine your cervix height.
PRO TIP: Measure your cervix when you are in the shower!
